Man on the left: We’re amending the constitution… because politicians are dying.
Man on the right: We’re amending the constitution… for democracy.
[This refers to the constitutional amendment process being pushed by the government. Many believe it is being done to cement the power of politicians associated with the government, particularly Thaksin Shinawatra. However, the government contends it is being done to strengthen democracy.]
