[Reference to the embezzlement case against the Rai Som Co., Ltd. of Sorayuth Suthatsanajinda, the country’s famous news anchor. In the case, the Office of the National Anti-corruption Commission ruled Sorrayuth guilty for embezzling and causing 138.79 million-baht damages to the Mass Communication Organization of Thailand while he and his company ran a talk show called “Kui Kui Khao” (“Digging out news stories”) for Channel 9 run by the MCOT. MCOT signed a contract with Mr. Sorrayuth in June 2003. The embezzlement was reported to happen between February 4, 2005 and June 30, 2006.]
