Janitor: Can’t you tell that the Thai prime minister [Yingluck Shinawatra] is there for photo shoots only, not for any interviews…
[refers to the the figurehead status of the prime minister who does not engage in contentious decisions or speak to the press--however she does participate in many photo ops]
