The junta won’t help you poop

From Manager, September 4, 2014
Soldier: You call me for help because you can’t poop!!? Damn!! You’ve already grown up… Why don’t you forcefully pass feces by yourself.
On the door: NBTC
Caption: That’s why he should get mad.

[Refers to the controversial case of Channel 3’s analogue broadcast. The Office of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) sought clarification from the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) in order to find a solution to the said case (in effect trying to pass the buck to the all-powerful junta to solve the controversial case). However, the NCPO insisted that the NBCT has the power to deal with Channel 3 in this case.
In the cartoon, it plays with the sound of the Thai word ‘bayng’ which has two meanings. One is to force to forcefully pass feces and another is to swagger or show off.]
