Military officer: Now, there is a new law banning vehicles older than seven years from driving in Bangkok. Go back and bring a new one to stage a coup.

[Reference is to Metropolitan Police Bureau deputy traffic commissioner Adul Narongsak’s idea suggesting that vehicles older than seven years should not be allowed to operate in Bangkok. The idea was immediately criticized and Adul claimed it was just an idea. The cartoonist jokes that the law might prevent old tanks from staging a coup.]
