Red Shirts to Pressure Moody’s?

From Manager, June 7, 2013
Buffalo 1: This time, where are we going?
Buffalo 2: To attack Moody’s in New York!
Title: Red buffaloes may have a chance to go aboard.

[Recently, Moody’s Investors Service inquired about the unknown huge losses from the rice pledging project. It was suspected that this might hurt the country’s credit rating. As the Red Shirts have been used in strong arm tactics against the courts and others who oppose the government, the cartoon makes the joke that they may be flown to besiege Moody’s to pressure the organization.
To refer to a person as a “buffalo” is an insult meaning they are stupid. Here it is used to refer to the pro-Thaksin Red Shirts.]
