[This refers to the "tricky ballots" for the elections that were printed in such a way that the Peau Thai logo is nearly invisible.
It is thought this would cause some elderly people to miss seeing the Peau Thai logo and miscast their vote. The other fear--addressed by this poster--is that people would mistakenly cast their vote in the box immediately to the right of the "1," thus resulting in a "spoiled" and discounted vote.]
