[This is meant to mock Prapas Jongsa-nguan, former governor of the State Railway of Thailand. Asked if he would consider resigning to show his responsibility concerning the case of a 13-year-old girl who was raped and killed by an SRT employee on a train, Prapas refused. He was later fired by the junta.]
