Let the people decide

From Thairath, Cartoon by Chai Ratchawat, November 29, 2010
Left: The MPs didn't perform as proper as they are representatives of the people in a parliamentary meeting.
Middle: First man: They are different from House Speaker Chai Chidchob. Second man: What makes you think this?
Right: No matter how meanly MPs act, he merely says to let the people to decide [on the actions of the MP].
[The joke is that House Speaker Chai Chidchob, who in theory could admonish hysterical MP behavior, always reacts to disruptive activity saying he has no power to be involved and that the response should be with the people. By referring the issue to the people he is humorously more proper than quarrelling MPs.]
