Andreas corrects our eariler headline: The June 6 elections are not by-elections for vacant seats in the national parliament, they are the regular elections for the district councils in Bangkok, taking place every 4 years. On June 6 it will have them in the 14 northeastern districts, which include Chatuchak, in the other districts they will take place in end of August or beginning of September.
