Goodbye Yongyuth

From Thairath, October 9, 2012
Yingluck speaking to her cabinet: I respect Mr. Yongyuth’s decision. It shows us his morality and sets up a political standard.
Letters on the rope: Civil Service Sub-Commission and the National Anti-Corruption Commission

[The man being dragged is Yongyuth Wichaidit, former Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister who resigned from both his jobs in the cabinet after he was convicted in the case of the Alpine Golf Course when he was the Permanent Secretary of the Interior Ministry, and was therefore expelled from his civil service job.

The cartoon is meant to mean that Yongyuth resigned because he was forced to do so, and not because of his morality as Yingluck claims.]
