Exclamation Food Poisoning by Toxic Charcoal

Now, one of my friend got fodo poisoning after eatign roast pork since the roast pork hawker near EGAT HQ in Rama 7 sicne roast pork hawker now reduced the operating cost by using the charcoal made from the broken wood furniture instead of charcoal made from mangrove wood.

The charcoal made from the broken wood furniture is ver toxic since the broken wooden furniture has lots of termite killer/fungi killer chemical substances (pesticides - Arsenic, Sulfur, Copper Sulfate) whcih cannot be destroyed by burnign them to charcoal. When the roast pork hawker bruing such flat pieces of charcoal, they have smelled something like pesticide out the burnt charcoal ...

The charcoal made from broken furniture already made ltos of damages on orchid growers since toxic chemicals from termite/fungi killer chemical substances (pesticides - Arsenic, Sulfur, Copper Sulfate) whcih could trap more humidity from air and it is easily broken down -> but the poisons from such charcoal have rotten the orchid roots, damage the growth of orchid.

Therefore, Never let your kids to eat charcoal grill pork, fish and roast chick form thsoe who use charcoal made from brioken wooden furniture ... The toxic substances in thsoe charcoal will destroy GI Tracks! It already cause many prople into the ICU rooms!

Concerning the "street-grills" I started getting very suspicious once when I saw a vendor starting his fire with an empty plastic bottle..... (corner On Nut)

No wonder, I no longer risk myself with street food unless they have come up with wholesome fuel - LPG or charcoal made from mangrove/firewood.

In addition to the poisonous charcoal, pork meat + pork entrails laced with Formaline for perservative ingredient has deterred me from partaking the roast pork ... unless they are coming form trusworthy source.

During the Summer (April - May) Beware of 8 kinds of food ... Otherwise, you will have diarrhea which can be easily rotten or spoiled due to the summer heat:

    1. ANy food that made from coconut milk including curry or soup .. rice cookign with coconut milk is also subjected to the spoil
    2. rice noodle with curry
    3. fresh seafood
    4. raw and semi raw food including Lab, Koy, Yam (spicyc salad), Plah'
    5. food in plastic bags, food in the foam boxes, package food

    6. Somtam due to raw & unwashed papaya, raw & unwashed chili, raw and uncooked fermented crabs as well as raw and uncooked fermeted fish.

    7. food which has been on the table for several meals
    8. drinking water and ice - especally the one made from crusted ice ... Beter drink from bottled water with seal unbroken until it reaches cosumers and hygenic ice which has never been used to cool and preserve raw food

There are 300000 Thailders who suffer from diarrhea ... and 16 death by diarrhea
Always watch your hand, usign the middle spoon, not the side spoon and keep your food FULLY COOKED every meal.

Now, even chicken died of Brid Flu or other plagues have been sold to the processor factory in Pakchong at Baht per dead chicken instead of bury them ...

After that, the consumable breast will be removed first and sold to the all you can eat restaurants at 40 Baht per kg

After that the leg and wings which are a lot easier to be rotten have been under treatment of formaline, potassium nitrate to be used as the meat for chicken sausage (both chinese style, vietnamese style or wester style)

Rotten meat beyond treatmnent will be fish food ... cauysing many fish to be preserved by formaline ...

The chicken farms complaining that the rotten chicken processign scandal have wrecked havoc on their business by driving consumers to eat more pork than chicken and force the price from 50 Bqaht per kg to 45-46 BAht per kg while the processed chicken will be 69-75 Baht per kg

However, Sahafarm and other food processing business are worried more abotu the imported quota of workers to work on meat processing.

The Sahafarm started complaining about the harm it could do to their business, however they should be more aware about their own quality of their product sold through their street stalls “Kai Yang ha Dao” and the local management of the mentioned stalls, as once I refused a stock-up consisting of half-defrosted chickens which they wanted to put in the freezer again. The “manager” reacted only angry and tried to sabotage our refusal to work longer with them.
