Thaksin Shinawatra to Yingluck: Eh! You told me that the government was on the rise… then why do you want me to rush into reshuffle the cabinet?

[Normally, a Thai saying “lying (in bed) with your hand on your forehead” means you’re preoccupied with deep and serious trouble. Sometime, people say ‘foot’ instead of ‘hand’ to convey the meaning that the trouble is severely bad. The reference here is to the latest cabinet reshuffle which in which many positions were shifted under pressure from various political factors, particularly the government’s rice mortgage project.]
