    Now, Crown Property Bureau is finally going to do something on the old Precadet academy land/Suan Lum Night Bazaar after the Supreme Court has give the final judgment in favor of Crown Property Bureau.

    1. Embassy Row – after Embassy of Japan has move on the Northern end of the old Precadet academy land … Embassy of Australia is going to follow the suit soon after concluding the deal on selling the old Embassy of Australia land … Furthermore, Embassy of France is going to build the new site for Alliance Francaise to be opened in early 2013.

    2. For the 40-Rai section to be handled by Central Pattana, the new office for rent will have to be added in addition to the hotel and and shopping mall – the construction will be started by the end of this year after the supreme court settlement.

    For the case of Bangkok Bazaar, and Soi Tone Sone near Soi lang Suan, the construction will be started by the end of 2012

    For the old site of Government Lottery on Rajdamnoen avenue, it will become the new public park after Government Lottery has moved to the new site at Sanam Bin Nam … but the decision on GPO HQ and GPO factory (just opposite to Ramadhibodee Hospital on Rama 6 road) still uncertain until GPO has found the place to build the new pharmaceutical factory.
