I want to be the one who “clicks”

The sign reads: I want to be the one who “clicks.” Please vote for Phak Phon Non Deuk. [The word “phak” has the same sound as the word “party” in Thai, but it means “to rest.” The ad plays with this word to match the election atmosphere. “Phak Phon Non Deuk” can mean “to rest and stay up late.” Does anyone know what this refers to? It has something to do with this?]
