…the cabinet has acted on a Culture Ministry request to approve a ban on the increasingly popular “truck nuts.” Once the rules are in effect, police will cite vehicles sporting the plastic representations of testicles on their vehicles.
Suchada Wattanasiritham, director of Interprovincial Hygiene at the Ministry of Culture, said that “vulgar humour (represented by truck nuts) is alien to traditional Thai culture which only embodies the most refined humour….”
