From Thairath, August 14, 2013
Cartoon title: Bullying power of the strawberry ice-cream gang
On suit of woman on the left: Molly [referring Mallika Boonmeetrakool, deputy spokeswoman of the Democrat Party]
Molly: Deaf, old man
[Woman on the right is Rungsima Rodrassami, the Democrat MP for Samut Prakan Province’s constituency. Former prime minister and former Democrat Party’s leader Chuan Leekpai is covering his eyes. The women are attacking a former Democrat Party leader.]
On hooded figure’s robe: Order to suppress the people; 100 dead bodies
On old man’s suit: Pichai [referring to Pichai Rattakul, former Democrat Pary’s leader]
On paper in front of Pichai: Participate in the political reform council’s debate
Phi Nooring: Former Party’s leader
Mouse: Aggressive and insane

[Reference is to a news report detailing Mallika’s criticism against Pichai’s decision to join the government’s political reform council. Meanwhile, Rungsima said that his decision is a personal act, but that Pichai must not be counted as the party’s representative on the council. The Democrat Party has refused to participate in the reform council.
A group of young generation Democrat Party MPs led by Abhisit has been sarcastically called the “ice-cream gang” meaning young people with sophisticated backgrounds such as being educated in the western countries. Adding “strawberry” this refers to the female members of the group.]

What Democrat ladies are doing toward Grandpa Phichai is “picking up the grey hairs” which means showing total disrespect to the old and senior http://www.oldict.com/%E0%B8%96%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%99%E0%B8%AB%E0%B8%87%E0%B8%AD%E0%B8%81/
