BMA unveils 3D map ahead of city plan – The Nation, January 24, 2012
…Wallop said the map, with a ratio of 1:500, was also available for city officials’ use, at http://3d-cpd.bma.go.th/…
[But of course no one at the Nation would ever check a url before posting it. Does anyone know the correct url or is the site down?]

    So far, I got BMA City Planning Dept at cpd.bma.go.th but not that 3D map though

    http://3d-cpd.bangkok.go.th works, but it looks (from the “Support” panel on the right) as though you need to install ArcGIS Explorer before you can do anything with the data.
