A Thai jail cannot hold Yingluck

From Manager, June 23, 2015
Red Shirt leader Jatuporn: A jail in Thailand is not big enough to use for imprisoning Khun Yingluck. People will not allow this to happen!!
Red buffalo: Pour quickly!
Sign: A fund-support pipe from Dubai
Caption: He intends to speak to someone who is at the other end of the pipe.

[Here, Jatuporn is making public threats that one would expect to hear when any “big” person is under legal threat. It is an unimaginable loss of face for a connected person like Yingluck to be subject to laws in the same way a regular person would.
In the cartoon, Jatuporn is hoping Thaksin in Dubai will hear his statements through the pipe and thus fund a new round of agitation to warn the junta off pursing legal cases against Yingluck.
To refer to a person as a “buffalo” is an insult meaning they are stupid. Here it is used to refer to the pro-Thaksin Red Shirts.]
