Jerry writes: They moved the road-forming structure today after the completion of the repairs over Rama 3. They took six weeks on this section as opposed to the normal four weeks per span.
No further sprouting of the towers above the apex, but on the tower on the north bank of the southern river section, they have nearly completed some sort of formwork. I am assuming (from the artist's impressions) that the vertical column supporting the cables will be concrete and not steel as on the Rama 9 bridge.

Jerry writes: ...the move to the next support pillar on Rama 3 Road crossing is usually in the third week of every month, but for the last 4 days they have been furiously using jack hammers continuously on a just-completed section directly over the east-bound lane of Rama 3... They appear to be concentrating on the section where this month's pour joins last month's pour. Maybe one of the tensioning cables pulled out?... They couldn't have picked a worse place to have a problem!
