bottom of a mega-bridge tower to be raised internally to the roadway
level.

Jerry writes: Today they are preparing to lift up part
of the roadway span...and it's STEEL!!! Also very narrow...hence
the small reach of the blue cranes. Just taken this picture
through binoculars... (right) |

Looks like they will erect a few sections
before the need for cables... they are starting to erect
two more blue cranes on the opposing tower...so will probably
work from both sides simultaneously...
