Twin highrises under construction again - August 1, 2006 One of the granddaddies of Bangkok derelict highrises, the old Tokyu complex on Ratchadapeisek Road, is suddenly under construction again. The project was abandoned about 10 years ago--even before the 1997 economic crash. Does anyone know what is happening with this project? |
