Advice to motorcyclists - April 20, 2004
A folksy public-service announcement from the police at Rama IV Road and the expressway. The top part reads: "A example of what not to do."
The bottom part reads: "You must turn on the light and put on a helmet."
The person under the sign is a mannequin to show the proper way.
