The dog at far left: This one is accustomed.
The other dog: The one that often takes photograph with the Prime Minister.
The caption at bottom left reads: The temple dogs get a new friend

[Temple dogs are the dogs that owners do not want any longer and are released to live at temples. The man is Songkhla Democrat MP Sirichoke Sopha, harshly criticized for his meeting with Viktor Bout. The meeting was used by Bout's defense team to allege that the Democrat asked for advice on committing acts of terrorism and to contend that Bout had worked for the government. His tail is cut in reference to the Thai saying that dogs that owners do not want any longer will be left at temples and have their tails cut off.]
