One Response to U.S. Embassy in 1951

That’s a rare and nostalgia-inducing photo of when the US Embassy in the pre-Wireless Road/Ratchadamri Road era. I’d be curious to know if this building still exists and where it is. In that era many of the Western Embassies were down by the Chao Phaya River, as some still are (France, Portugal). I’ve asked around at the US Embassy but no one seemed to know the history.
