Rajjadej [surname of the policeman] - The bird pepper knight - The quash person of his time - The hunter attack magic of Khun Phan [Phantharak is the first name of the man - he was also renowned for being able to perform magic rites] - With bare hands arrests the tiger [in the past thieves/bandits where called "sua" or "tiger" in English.]
