Sombat Khong Phudee - June/July, 2008 Quality of well-mannered people Experience the joyfulness of children who live cultural lives The Office of the National Culture Commission has published the comic book Sombat Khong Phudee (The Qualities of Decent People) for distribution to young people. Some newspapers have speculated that it is in response to PM Samak's use of rude speech. Over the next few weeks we will feature the entire entertaining comic translated into English.
